effort to contact your borrower or their real
estate broker on the day in which an order is
placed. Our turnaround time is typically three
business days. Rush orders are given special
consideration. All delays are reported to the
client immediately as are any other issues or
problems of which the client needs to be aware.
We also have implemented an online tracking
system. This system will allow you to check the
status of any appraisal orders sent by your
company. You can also order appraisals on line
with this system. Whether ordered by fax or
online, this system can be set up to notify you by
email of the status of all outstanding appraisal
orders. Completed appraisals are kept available
on our website for downloading for 30 days.
